#TeamGlasgow just got bigger

This month, Girlguiding Glasgow welcomes the re-opened 303rd A City of Glasgow Guides, who will be meeting in Castlemilk as part of Croftfoot District in our South East Division.
It’ll be an exciting time for the young members and their Leadership team, we hear there is already Pancake Day, a pamper night and a unit trip are already on the horizon for the girls of the 303rd A.
The 303rd A are the first, of what will be many new Guide and Senior Section Units to open across to county this year, with the support of Generation CashBack funds.
The Guide unit opening in Castlemilk will be closely followed by the Govanhill Ranger Unit, (Cathcart/Langside – South Division) as our second Generation CashBack supported unit to open. The Ranger Unit will open its doors to girls in the Govanhill area in March.
We have teamed up with the social enterprise café MILK on Victoria Rd as a base for what is looking like being an outdoorsy group of Rangers, no wonder with our International Advisor Emily as their Leader.
Thank you to everyone who has supported the units on their journeys so far!
